SANOFI DIABETES INITIATIVE WITH RSSDI

Sanofi-Diabetes has a vision to build 360o partnership by providing the best in class integrated healthcare solution to all ailing patients of diabetes in India, by serving the unmet need of these diabetics with Sanofi’s products, services and educational initiatives to uplift the healthcare system for diabetes.

RSSDI (Research Society for Study of Diabetes in India) is the largest organization of diabetes health care professionals and researchers in Asia. Currently, RSSDI has more than 5500 life members from across the country representing 29 Indian States and Union Territories. Every year, RSSDI organizes a national meeting (“Annual Meeting”) which not only provides a platform for its members to listen to the leaders in the field of diabetes from within the country as well as from abroad.

WORLD DIABETES DAY 2013 (WHAT STEP WILL YOU TAKE TODAY?)

Madhuri Dixit creates signature diabetes dance step for 'What step will YOU take today?', a Sanofi India initiative - A mission to get 1 million Indians to take a step towards spreading awareness about diabetes.

This year, Sanofi India Limited is marking World Diabetes Day (WDD) with the launch of its 'What Step Will YOU Take Today' campaign that encourages people to take proactive steps to effectively prevent, manage and control diabetes. Renowned actor and acclaimed dancer, Madhuri Dixit, joined this campaign as a goodwill ambassador to create a 'signature step' that will instill solidarity for patients with diabetes.
